So my wife went to Physio yesterday with a pain in her shoulder. The result is, she can’t climb for a month. Which in turn pretty much means I’m off the wall for a month too.
ok, I can do this. I think I’m going to have to set myself out an exercise program to get me through the next four weeks. I have fat to burn, so this could be good for me.
Focus on the positives.
Anyone got any advice? (Like, don’t climb your workplace wall…or something like that).
From beginning in November and getting to 6a+ in six months, I’m worried being off the wall for a month will affect my progress. The hangboard is going to be in a lot of use!
